Rhythm Band for Little People: Lessons 2, 3: slow then normal each time,

for those classes who have time to do RBfLP

Movement: Make a Circle, Cookie Jar Game, Run Mollie Run, Bate Bate

Songs: Autumn songs, Shake Them Simmons Down, Michael, Apples and

Bananas, Going Over the Sea

October: Kodaly Lessons 5 through 8: fast slow (MM 1^st 14-15), prepare and present ta,

prepare and present rest, practice

Rhythm Band for Little People: Lessons 4 and 5: slow, then normal each time

Movement: Johnny Works With One Hammer, Shoemaker’s Dance, Lucy Locket

Songs: Halloween plus songs to prepare for movement in Nov like Tideo, Pizza

Pizza, Freight Train

November: Kodaly Lessons 9 thru 12: present rest, prepare ti-ti (MM 1^st pg 6-7),

present ti-ti (Kodaly), practice all

Rhythm Band for Little People: Lessons 6 and 7: slow, then normal each time

Movement: Tideo, Pavo Pavo (fall), Chair Game (spring)

December: Kodaly Lessons 13 through 16 (use Kodaly Level I lessons 19, 20, 21, 22)

Weave Me the Sunshine, Going to the Zoo, Tinga Layo

February through June: Repeats the above lessons, with seasonal changes, for a different group.
